    Forgejo repo: renamed wtxrpd-2026 → wtxrpd-conference-hub (by you) — confirmed working via git fetch.
    Local folder: C:\Projects\Work\wtxrpd-2026 → C:\Projects\Work\wtxrpd-conference-hub (now contains the wtxrpd-conference-hub plugin subfolder — same name, nested, matching how the repo already worked).
    Stale worktree: removed (branch agents/local-files-status-check still exists if you ever need it, just no longer checked out).
    Plugin code: Update URI header and all three Forgejo-updater constants now point at the new repo path.
    Docs: RELEASING.md and HANDOFF3.md updated to the new URL.
    Released: v0.49.1, committed, tagged, pushed, ZIP built at build-artifacts\wtxrpd-conference-hub-0.49.1.zip.
